Registration
Entry criteria to the ARWorld Championship event to be held in Sweden & Norway Aug ‘06 will be based on the following priorities.
From events in the current qualifying year:
- free entry to the winning teams of all ARWorld Series events
- next, any team who has placed second in any ARWorld Series event
- next, any team who has competed in and completed any 2 events of the ARWorld Series
- next, any teams who have competed in and completed one of the ARWorld Series events
- next, teams who have competed and completed in a previous years ARWorld Series events
- next, teams who have won other recognised events not part of the ARWorld Series
- next, teams from different countries not otherwise represented
- last, teams from the host nation
Notes:
1. The higher a team is on the qualification criteria the better the chances of being selected for the ARWorld Championship.
2. Teams must contain not less than two (2) members of the team that completed the relevant event.
3. Final race spot allocation is at the discretion of the race directors.

The organization will fill up the remaining spots according to the selection criteria above from the teams who register here.
Team entry fees/withdrawal
The entry fee for AR World Championship is 50.000 SEK and the payment will be done in two instalments as follows:
- Instalment (10.000 Sek) - One week after the team has been accepted and notified by the organization.
- Instalment (40.000 Sek) - 28 April
- The payment for one of the package must also be done-28 April (see the package below)
If a team decides to withdraw before the race and does that before May 15, the instalment that the team already has made will be refunded. After that date no re-payment will be done.

- Kayaks.
- Assistance/ logistic during the race.
- Maps and road book.
- SPA & Rehab after the race.
- Banquet
- Race merchandise.
Mandatory ARWC 2006 package
To make a smooth event as possible for all teams, the ARWC race Organization are now working against two solutions regarding travel/accomodation/food package.
Package one; 15.000 SEK, is including:
- 4 airtickets from Stockhom – Hemavan – Stockholm.
- Gear transport from Stockholm – Hemavan – Stockholm.
- 11 days of accomodation.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner before and after the race.
Package two; 10.000 SEK, is including:
- 11 days of accomodation.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner before and after the race.
The accomodation will be in hotel apartments with very high standards with showers, kitchen, toilets, tv, fridge and 4 beds. The team will have this apartment during the whole stay in Hemavan, so if a team has to withdrawn early in the race, they will not have any extra costs for the accomodation.
You are flying from Stockholm Arlanda Airport, during the 13th of August, directly to Hemavan, where we will have busses to pick you up and drive you to your accomodation. The accomodation will be very close (100 -200 meters) from the race registration and resturant.
One of the packages will be mandatory for the team and will be booked and payed before the 28 april 2006.
Only registration forms, which have been filled in with all the information for all members of the team, one of which must be the captain, will be accepted. You also have to send a picture of each member.

One or more members of a team may be replaced until the day of registration.
